Wage Determination Committee Makeup
The Committee members shall represent persons from each of the following:
1. A taxpayer who pays the tax that will fund the project and resides in the county of the project appointed by the awarding agency.
2. A person representing industry appointed by the awarding agency.
3. A taxpayer who pays the tax that will fund the project and resides in the county of the project. The legislative body of the county appoints this person(IC 36-1-2-9) (usually the county commissioners).
